Congregational Life!

Mission Statement:

“Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.”  Hebrews 13:2. 

Congregational Life (aka the party committee) sponsors fellowship events throughout the year.  Whether you are a visitor, old-timer, or somewhere in between, you are welcome to attend any of our events.  Upcoming events are posted on the calendar on this website, and are also announced in church newsletters and Sunday bulletins. 

 Also, if you like to throw parties or hang out in kitchens, we would be thrilled to have you assist us in planning, cooking, or even doing dishes!  It doesn’t get any better than that!

Current Ministries

 We regularly host the following events throughout the year:

 °         All-church lunches immediately following the Sunday worship service, four to five times per year.

 °         A summer picnic in a nearby park

 °         Barbecues and pool parties in the homes of parishioners

 °         Pie and coffee following our Thanksgiving Eve service

We are always open to suggestions for events, so feel free to contact us with new ideas.
